Close compliance gaps with RapidCheckÂ
This year we expanded RapidCheck’s AI-powered capabilities. Â
We added five more Company documents to RapidCheck’s repertoire: Motor Vehicle Insurance, ACC Levy, ISO 45001 Certification, Asbestos Removal Licence, and Company Electrical Licence. Â
When RapidCheck is set to automatically approve verified documents, contractor companies are approved once the final document passes verification. Zero-touch compliance verification is no longer a future aspiration, it’s here today.Â
We also introduced RapidCheck into Rapid Induct to verify Worker Documents including First Aid Certificates, White Cards, Plumbing Licences, Forklift Licences, and Electrical Licences. This expansion means administrators can save countless hours while avoiding costly compliance mistakes.Â

Â
Improved Transport analytics for fleet complianceÂ
Last month, we delivered a comprehensive update of the Transport, Plant & Equipment module within Rapid Contractor Management, to help administrators stay on top of transport regulations. Â
Now you can define tailored requirements for every vehicle, trailer, and piece of equipment based on contractor locations – accommodating state, regional, and country-specific regulations with ease. Create compliance matrices that automatically maintain relevant documentation, demonstrating clear due diligence and meeting contracting standards for access requirements. Â
This update integrates seamlessly with other Rapid products: RapidCheck will soon verify vehicle documents automatically, while Rapid Monitor uses licence plate recognition to sign authorised vehicles in and out, calculating dwell time and automating access. Together, these capabilities make fleet compliance effortless.Â

Â
Extend your workflows with integrationsÂ
Your safety compliance shouldn’t exist in isolation from the systems you already use. Throughout 2025, we expanded our integration ecosystem to connect Rapid seamlessly with the tools and hardware your business depends on.Â
In February, we launched our Givvable integration, giving Rapid Contractor Management users real-time visibility of contractor ESG credentials. This integration automates and enhances supplier due diligence by leveraging independently validated data across environmental, ethical, diversity, social, community, and governance issues – all without burdening contractor companies.Â
In September, we expanded our Torus integration to iPads, joining existing Windows kiosk support and bringing automated key access management across all your hardware platforms. Before accessing keys, individuals must complete compliance-verified check-ins, with full audit trails of all access attempts – effectively automating key control without human supervision.Â
We also deepened our partnership with Gallagher, becoming an Endorsed Technology Partner in November. This extended partnership continues to empower customers to leverage Rapid’s worker and vehicle compliance data to grant or revoke site access in real-time.Â
Behind the scenes, we enhanced integrations with KeyMaas and Integriti, fixed webhook reliability issues, and continued expanding our public API with new endpoints, all working toward our vision of eliminating data silos.Â
Â
Automate incident reports with Rapid Incident & MonitorÂ
One of the key promises of technology is shifting from reactive registers to proactive detection and automation. In October, we delivered on this promise by connecting Rapid Monitor’s computer vision capabilities directly with Rapid Incident Reporting.Â
When Monitor detects a safety event, such as a forklift near-miss, missing PPE, or someone lying immobile on the floor, it can create an Incident Report complete with a thumbnail of the event and a precise timestamp. Administrators can play back events in Rapid Monitor, export video files, and review Safety Checks analytics for deeper insights, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Â
This integration exemplifies our vision: when all products talk to each other, critical information flows automatically. No more wondering if that near-miss was captured. The system sees it, records it, and alerts you – all without human intervention.Â

Rapid Induct and Incident Reporting upgradesÂ
Throughout 2025, we continued our platform modernisation journey, and this year we delivered refreshed versions of two products: Rapid Induct and Rapid Incident Reporting.Â
In July, we launched the new Rapid Induct interface in beta, available to all users via our product switcher. The upgraded UI features enhanced navigation, improved workflows, and better performance – all designed to streamline training management and reduce administrative burden. We’ve been thrilled with the feedback received through our in-app feedback loops, and each piece of input has helped us refine the experience as we work toward full release.Â

In August, we followed with a refreshed Rapid Incident Reporting interface, also available via beta switch. The new design makes it easier for administrators to manage investigations in progress while simplifying the reporting process for employees, contractors, and visitors. With Copilot embedded and ready to assist, users have immediate access to contextual help right when they need it.Â

Both releases represent significant under-the-hood improvements as well: faster loading times, more stable products, and more consistent experiences across the Rapid One platform. This foundational work paves the way for future modernisations.Â

Â
…and more!Â
Access improvementsÂ
- Workers who attempt to sign in via Rapid Access as a visitor, where a matched employee or contractor record exists can be blocked.Â
- Added Invalid Entries filter to Rapid Access logs, enabling quick identification and resolution of compliance issues.Â
Security improvementsÂ
- Moved MFA verification to the account access level, streamlining workflows for administrators managing multiple clients while maintaining robust security.Â
- Implemented role-based access controls in File Manager, ensuring administrators can only view files within authorised sites.Â
Mobile improvementsÂ
- Added deep linking to mobile notifications, taking users directly to relevant screens after tapping.Â
- Introduced bulk file and image uploads for Audits across Rapid Induct, Access, and Admin apps.Â
Â
What’s next for safety managers in the age of AIÂ
As our CEO explained in his presentation for this year’s Workplace Health & Safety Show, we are entering the era of Agentic AI and Robotics, where technology moves on from being a tool, to becoming a teammate, taking over some of the toil of safety management. Our mission is to empower safety professionals by removing repetitive tasks, freeing them to focus on leadership, culture and strategic risk.Â
In line with our commitment to innovation, we’re already hard at work on the next round of AI features. Expect expanded computer vision capabilities including ‘Man Down’ detection, fire detection, people counting and heat maps, driven through Rapid Monitor. Rapid Check will continue to expand, enriching verifications with more data points. And Scope, our robot dog, will continue to evolve, patrolling workplaces to detect unseen hazards and alert on the spot.Â
You can expect continued focus on user interface and experience improvements, as, at the end of the day, tools are only as good as their usability. We’ll continue rolling out modernised versions of Contractor Management, Permit to Work, Rapid Access, and Auditor.Â
And here’s something we’re particularly excited about. 2026 will be the year we significantly enhance the Contractor experience. Our goal is to reduce friction, eliminate bottlenecks, and give contractors more control over their own compliance journey, because when contractors succeed, everyone benefits!Â
The future promises unprecedented technology-driven opportunities for safer, more efficient workplaces, and we’re excited to navigate this path together with you.Â
