One year ago, RapidCheck changed document verification forever by leveraging the power of artificial intelligence to automatically verify Public Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and Personal Injury Insurance submitted during the contractor registration process. This has saved countless hours and prevented costly mistakes for Rapid clients worldwide, with over 274,000 documents processed in 2025 alone.
Now, we are excited to announce an expansion of RapidCheck’s capabilities, because every minute an admin spends manually checking documents is a minute they could spend on what matters most, without ever compromising on safety.
New AI-powered RapidCheck expanded capabilities
RapidCheck now verifies five additional Company documents in Rapid Contractor Management:
- Motor Vehicle Insurance
- ACC Levy
- ISO 45001 Certification
- Asbestos Removal License
- Company Electrical License
RapidCheck has the option to verify worker documents too
RapidCheck doesn’t stop at company documents. Our clients now have the option to use RapidCheck in Rapid Induct to verify crucial Worker Documents such as:
- First Aid Certificate
- White Card
- Plumbing Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Electrical Licence
When enabled, administrators will see a RapidCheck column in the Document List that shows each document’s status: Pending, Passed Check, or Mistakes Found. From there, admins can click on a document to see more details on the checks (including logs), apply corrections manually, or let AI fix mistakes and auto approve.
Zero-touch AI compliance verification
Taking automation a step further, our AI can now automatically approve companies upon successful verification of their final document. This zero-touch AI compliance verification is a game-changer for streamlining contractor and company management processes.
