March 2026 product updates
Rapid
Welcome to our March product updates as autumn arrives across Australia. 🍁
We’re off to a strong start in 2026!
- Rapid Incident Reporting’s new interface is officially live
- Rapid Worker mobile app is now available for download
- Rapid Contractor Management’s beta is ready for testing
- RapidCheck can now be customised with your own verification rules
We encourage you and your teams to explore the new interfaces and share your feedback. Your comments and suggestions are instrumental in helping us refine the experience across all products.
And while those are the headline features, we haven’t forgotten the finer details. Read on for navigation and usability improvements that make working with Rapid more intuitive and straightforward.
Language Selector in the new Rapid Induct
We’ve extended our multi-language support to the new Induct interface. You will find it in the footer, to the right of our handy ‘What’s New’ link that brings you the latest feature releases.

Previously available in RapidGO, Contractor and Trainee Portals, and MyRapid, workers can now also switch languages in Induct. We currently support English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Finnish, Italian, Polish, Swedish, and Turkish, making it easier for workers to use our products comfortably in their preferred language.
We’re working on bringing these language options to iOS and Android Access tablets soon, and to the next generation of Rapid Induct, AI-powered courses.
Reach out to us if you would like to request support for an additional language.
Permit tab added to Workforce
We have added a Permit tab to the Workforce menu, so all Work Orders and Permits are fewer clicks away.

Permit To Work helps protect teams when it comes to high-risk activities, by making the creation and management of Permits and Work Orders seamless and recording a digital audit trail that helps ensure safety protocols have been communicated in a timely manner.

Product switcher now includes all products
The product switcher in the top navigation now displays every Rapid product you have access to, a small change that should assist you while navigating across products.
Permit To Work now appears as its own item (instead of encompassed within Workforce), and Monitor appears if you have our AI-powered product in use (instead of contained within Aware).
We are working on more features to help reduce context switching even further, so stay tuned for updates in the coming months.

Terminal location displayed in RapidGO
RapidGO notifications now include location information, to assist notification recipients with knowing exactly where to go to resolve any access issues, reducing confusion on busy sites with multiple entry points.
If sub-locations are in use, then the notification can display this information instead.

Bug fixes and performance improvements
We’ve also made numerous fixes and performance enhancements across all products this month. We appreciate your trust and patience while we work through them.
We’re always listening
We continuously review and improve our applications, to ensure you get the best experience, so please do not hesitate to reach out to share your feedback, request features and troubleshoot issues.
