The refreshed Rapid Contractor Management interface is live today! In response to your feedback and our ongoing commitment to improving the user experience, this release builds on the Rapid Induct redesign from July 2025, and Rapid Incident Reporting in August. It is a major step towards a unified, intuitive interface across all Rapid products.

What’s changing

The new Contractor Management experience is built on an enhanced technical foundation designed to improve stability, performance and scalability. All your existing workflows, rules and configurations work exactly as before. The updated interface is aligned with our other Rapid product updates, and sits on top of your current setup, so you can switch in and out of the new view without disrupting day-to-day operations.

This first release introduces a refreshed interface for the following pages:

Contractor Status
Contractor Details
Transport Status
Transport Details

We will work towards modernising the remaining pages over the next few months, as well as updating our official support guides to reflect the new design.

Why these changes matter

The upgraded interface delivers a more consistent look and feel across the Rapid ecosystem, helping administrators move between products with less friction and training time.

Under the hood, the improved code base gives us a stronger platform to deliver new functionality faster, support more complex contractor setups and maintain a more reliable system at scale.

How to access the new features

From today, you and your administrators can access the refreshed Rapid Contractor Management via the Beta Product switcher. This allows you to move between the classic and updated interfaces without affecting configurations or day-to-day operations. All your existing workflows, rules and approvals remain exactly the same.

As you explore the new experience, you’ll see a survey tool in the bottom right corner of the interface. Use this to share feedback, report issues or suggest improvements – your input directly shapes how we refine the design before it becomes the default view.
