Since launching in 2024, RapidCheck has continued to evolve by helping clients replace time-consuming manual document reviews with fast, consistent AI-powered verification.

What began with primary insurance verification has expanded to include additional company and worker licences, supported by a growing library of Rapid Templated Checks. Today, RapidCheck takes another major step forward.

Custom RapidChecks for any document

We’re excited to introduce our largest RapidCheck upgrade to date: the ability to create custom RapidChecks for documents of your choosing.

As a client you can now:

• Select from our existing RapidCheck Templates, or
• Provide your own document type and verification requirements

By defining your approval and rejection rules – such as limits of liability, licence classes, expiry thresholds, or other compliance criteria – our team will build and deploy a custom RapidCheck template directly into your system.

Automatic approval and rejection, your way

A key benefit of custom RapidChecks is the ability to automatically approve or reject documents based on your preferences.

Once enabled, documents that meet your defined criteria can be auto-approved instantly, while documents that fall outside those rules can be automatically rejected or flagged for review. This allows you to:

• Eliminate unnecessary manual checks
• Speed up onboarding and compliance decisions
• Apply consistent rules across every document, every time

Auto-approval and rejection can be enabled at a document level, giving you full control over where automation is applied and where manual oversight is still required.
