February 2026 product updates

Rapid

Welcome to our first Product update of 2026, picking up exactly where we left it in 2025.

This month, we announce the cut-off date for Rapid Incident Reporting’s old UI, a new Worker mobile app, plus Aware’s UI update and new integration.

Empower your workforce with the Rapid Worker mobile app

Your workers and contractors now have a simpler way to stay compliant and work ready.

Rapid Worker is our new mobile app that consolidates inductions, compliance checks, site sign-ins, incident reporting, and audit actions into one modern experience on iOS and Android. Instead of juggling multiple apps and switching context, workers get everything they need in their pocket.

One app to download. One experience to learn. One Dashboard across all clients and sites. A simpler path to keeping your workforce compliant.

Rapid Incident Reporting’s new UI goes live March 18th

Since launching the Rapid Incident Reporting beta UI in August, we’ve been working closely with customers to refine and enhance the experience. Your feedback has been invaluable in shaping what’s next, and we’re grateful for every suggestion and issue report you’ve shared.

On March 18th, the new Incident Reporting UI will become the default experience for everyone. After this date, the old UI will no longer be accessible. Until then, the product switcher will be available in the top navigation so you can try the new UI.

In addition to the features announced previously, we have finalised Reports with improved layouts, better performance, and more comprehensive data at your fingertips.

Plus, we have introduced a brand-new Data Export experience designed for administrators who need data for third-party BI tools or custom reports. Configure your own column distribution before exporting, save your preferences, and enjoy consistent reporting every time. You can find it in the new Data Export menu within Settings.

Smarter monitoring with Rapid Aware’s new filters and PLC events

We continue our quest for consistency across all Rapid products, making them easier and more intuitive to use.

Rapid Aware’s filters for Access and Monitor – across Check-Ins, Issues, Safety Checks, and People and Vehicle activity – now match the familiar filtering experience you’ve been using in Rapid Induct, Contractor Management, and beyond. The same intuitive controls work everywhere.

We’ve also added new filters specific to Aware’s capabilities, including improved camera footage search and our brand-new PLC events.

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) monitor inputs like sensors and switches, and control outputs such as motors, valves, and access points to automate machinery and site operations. Rapid Aware’s server can now leverage PLCs to trigger actions based on AI-driven vision results.

For example: stop machinery in motion if a person is detected in a dangerous proximity zone, preventing serious incidents before they happen. Or simply record when doors are opened, creating private, comprehensive audit trails.

Combined with event-specific footage capture, this integration enables you to move from passive monitoring to active intervention, using your existing camera infrastructure and control systems to create safer, smarter sites.

Bug fixes and performance improvements

Behind the scenes, we’ve addressed various bugs and made performance improvements across all products.

While these updates may not be immediately visible, they ensure Rapid continues to deliver the reliable, high-quality experience you expect.

Your G2 reviews mean a lot

Thanks to everyone that has left a review on G2. Whilst the feedback has been super positive, you’ll be pleased to know that some of the improvements requested are already in the roadmap, if not being worked on already!

Feel free to leave a review here if you haven’t already.
