Access and Monitor will soon open with Summary: live people and vehicle counts, contractor attendance, and safety trend patterns, each shown against what’s normal for that site. With multiple sites, Summary will name the ones behaving differently so you know where to look first. Your check-in records will still be there under People and Vehicles. Keep an eye out for this change.

Admins can now run a complete, true-to-life evacuation rehearsal (real people, real check-ins, real notifications) with every message clearly marked [DRILL] and a persistent on-screen banner so there’s no confusion. The drill is captured like any other event, but it’s automatically excluded from live reporting, so practising never distorts your genuine safety record. Drill mode also works the same on mobile as on web, so Admins can run it wherever they’d actually be managing a real incident.

Send invites to individuals or groups to pre-register visitors and contractors, so check-in is fast and you know who’s coming to site. Now with full control after sending: view, edit, revoke, or resend any invitation. Group check-in enforces induction requirements, and sites with an iPad kiosk can check in a whole group with one QR scan.

Heatmaps aggregate people movement and activity over time, revealing high-traffic zones, unsafe behaviours, and overlooked blind spots across your site.
