Your rules, applied automatically

Every organisation has different requirements. With RapidCheck you can define rules such as:

  • Minimum limits of liability
  • Accepted insurers or policy types
  • Licence classes or categories
  • Expiry thresholds (for example, must be valid for at least 30 days)

Rapid configures and tests these rules in your RapidCheck templates so they are applied consistently every time a document is submitted.

You choose where to:

  • Auto-approve documents that clearly meet your rules
  • Auto-reject documents that clearly fail
  • Refer documents for manual review

  • Reduce errors by over 90% compared to manual checks

  • Free WHS and compliance teams from repetitive admin

As per our Privacy Policy (Clause 3), our infrastructure is built and hosted on the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform for Australian customers, and on the Europe (Ireland) region for European customers.

Rapid Check uses Claude 4.5 Sonnet through AWS’s managed AI services, with a planned upgrade to Claude 4.6. Rapid Check is a proprietary system, built on top of this AI to deliver its unique features.

As stated in our Privacy Policy (Clause 1.2), Rapid Global does not use Customer or User information for our own purposes, nor do we share it with others (other than as necessary to provide the Rapid Global Service) or sell it to others.

In line with our infrastructure hosting, all AI processing is performed within AWS. For Australian customers, data is processed exclusively within Australia to ensure data sovereignty.

The AI model processing can occur in either the Sydney or Melbourne AWS regions. AWS manages this automatically based on traffic and availability

No, AI processing does not occur in the customer’s tenant. It is handled within our AWS environment.

Rapid clients have seen verification inaccuracies reduced by over 90% compared to purely manual document checks. RapidCheck applies your rules consistently every time and can combine AI-driven checks with targeted manual review where needed

No. You decide where to use full automation and where human oversight is required. Documents can be auto-approved, auto-rejected or referred for manual review based on your rules, so your team focuses only on exceptions and edge cases

Yes. You can define your own approval and rejection criteria, such as minimum limits of liability, licence classes, expiry thresholds and other compliance requirements. Rapid’s team then configures and tests custom RapidCheck templates to match those rules

RapidCheck is built into the Rapid platform and integrates with your existing Rapid Contractor Management and Rapid Induct workflows. It can be triggered as part of contractor onboarding, prequalification, document renewals and ongoing compliance checks, without needing a separate system

If RapidCheck cannot confidently extract or verify the required information, it will flag the document for manual review instead of auto-approving it. You maintain control over edge cases and poor-quality submissions

Yes. Your RapidCheck templates and rules can be updated as your policies, risk appetite or regulatory requirements evolve. Rapid works with you to refine and retest the rules before changes go live.
