Improve communication with multi-language support

We started the year by announcing new language packs available for GO, B2B, Contractor Portal and Trainee Portal.

English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Finnish, Italian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish are fully supported, making our applications more user-friendly and inclusive for clients with global reach and those for whom English is not the first language.

This also includes the ability to rename Primary Documents collected during the registration of Contractor Companies, and an improved language selector across our web applications, ensuring a smooth language transition for users.

Boost workplace safety with Rapid Aware

In April, we announced Rapid Aware, the newest Rapid product that leverages AI-powered computer vision to streamline site access and enforce compliance.

Rapid Aware seamlessly integrates with Induct and Contractor Management for ID and compliance checks on individuals and vehicles. Aware also automates the record of safety hazards and incidents, augments them with video footage, generates trends and analytics, and triggers real-time alerts for emergencies.

Consolidate your Safety software stack with Rapid One

In June, we announced Rapid One, an end-to-end workplace health and safety solution with advanced AI features.

As part of this effort, we’ve started to streamline and unify the UI and UX across all products, ensuring they are not only easy to use, but also help users work more efficiently. We redesigned headers and footers, introduced the product switcher and redesigned B2B’s menu.

We also added worker tiles in MyRapid for Auditor (to manage audits, follow up tasks and complete actions) & Incident (to lodge incidents and complete actions).

Stay in control with Trainee Requirements Dry Runs

In October, we announced the Trainee Requirements Dry Run, a version control feature for Rapid Induct that generates a draft when new requirements are added or existing ones are modified, with a clear and detailed summary of the changes.

Recognizing the multifaceted decision-making process that administrators deal with on a daily basis, we’ll continue to craft solutions that help simplify these complexities.

What’s in store for 2025

As always, you can expect more updates focused on improving user interface and experience in 2025 – at the end of the day, tools are only as good as their usability.

In line with our commitment to innovation, we are already hard at work on the next round of features – expect more AI-driven use cases that save time and reduce errors.

We’ll also continue to improve the integration across our product to ensure that each tool not only works optimally within its specific domain but also jointly as part of the larger ecosystem, delivering complete solutions for all your safety needs.

The future promises unprecedented technology driven opportunities for clients and we are excited to navigate this path together with you. See you in 2025!
