Kick-starting the new year with exciting new features and bug fixes, here’s our first product update of 2025!Â
Givvable IntegrationÂ
Clients using Rapid Contractor Management now have real time visibility of a Contractor’s ESG credentials with the new Givvable integration.Â
This integration allows clients to automate and enhance supplier due diligence without burdening contractor companies, by leveraging independently validated credential data across all ESG issues: environmental, ethical, diversity, social, community and governance.Â
Â
Improved Trainee EmailsÂ
Keeping track of inductions, courses, documents and forms to do takes time and effort, and delays the start of actual work.Â
With this release, trainee-related emails will now contain an updated link that will take trainees directly to the Trainee Portal when clicked, so they can immediately review the items that require attention, eliminating guesswork.Â
This functionality is available in the trainee email types below:Â
- Document Rejected, Reminder, Requested, Expiring and Expired
- Requirements and Pending Courses
- Notification – Toolbox Talk
- Pre-Employment Inductee Form Approval, Rejection

United Kingdom Work Regions in Rapid Contractor ManagementÂ
Work regions are useful for specifying the geographical areas where contractors are eligible to work. This is especially relevant for clients posting job ads, to ensure that notifications are sent to contractors who are available and compliant in those specific areas.Â
With this release, clients working with contractors in the United Kingdom can now configure Default Work Regions for UK counties.Â

Improved relationship between SWMS documents and Work Orders Â
Previously, SWMS approved during contractor registration were automatically applied to subsequent work permits. Our new feature allows you to reject a SWMS for a specific work order without affecting its status elsewhere. This provides added flexibility, ensuring that the specific safety requirements of each individual job are met, without impacting the general contractor status.Â

Bug fixes and improvementsÂ
It’s always a good time to secure your privacy posture. We made a subtle change to our email settings, so anytime second-level administrators are added to emails, they are BCC’ed instead of CC’ed, preventing their details from being disclosed while still keeping them abreast of the latest updates.Â
We started the year continuing to improve our contractor registration process, so work can commence sooner and hassle-free. We fixed issues related to documents deleted without a note, skipped questions and misassignment of conditional documents. Â
We also focused on exports and reports, to make sure you were welcomed back to work with all the information you need handy. We fixed an issue with Rapid Incident Reporting exports, an issue with missing photos in Rapid Auditor PDF reports, and an issue with incorrect document statuses in the Trainee Report.

We’re always listeningÂ
We continuously review and improve our applications, to ensure you get the best experience, so please do not hesitate to reach out to share your feedback, request features and troubleshoot issues.
