Improved mobile connectivity warnings
Internet connectivity issues can be frustrating, particularly when they result in data loss. We’re continuously working behind the scenes to enhance resilience and handle such situations more effectively.
In line with this, we’ve enhanced our mobile connectivity detection and warnings, with a new banner and footer, to help you stay informed and save time when working with Audits. The banner dismisses automatically if connectivity is restored.

Heads up about API Rate Limiting
APIs are the backbone of modern software integration, enabling businesses to seamlessly connect and extend their capabilities. We encourage our clients to leverage our APIs for custom solutions and automated workflows.
However, to maintain the highest quality of service for all users, we’ll shortly be distributing formal API Fair Use Guidelines for our services. These guidelines have been developed to ensure optimal performance and consistent service levels across our API platform. The document will outline API usage parameters, implementation guidance and best practice recommendations. Stay tuned for updates!
Bug fixes and performance improvements
Accurate reporting is the cornerstone of effective business intelligence, enabling informed decision making. This period, we addressed several reporting issues: we restored columns missing from some Incident Data Reports, we enhanced the Rapid Access Entry Log report’s performance, especially those that involve processing large datasets, and we added registration date information to the Rapid Contractor Management Report to improve contractor oversight and onboarding tracking.
Maintaining clean, up-to-date data is crucial for regulatory compliance. Regular cleanups help organisations maintain data hygiene while ensuring important records are properly tracked and managed. We’ve resolved two key document deletion issues: automatic removal of rejected documents now works correctly with timed deletion settings, and deleted documents are properly displayed in Contractor Management’s Deleted tab.
