Sync work orders and block non-compliant contractors
This integration improves compliance by ensuring work orders in FMClarity can only be created for suppliers who are compliant in Rapid.
Work orders in FMClarity sync seamlessly to Rapid and notify the contractor admin once created, removing double handling and reducing the risk of missed steps. The admin can log into Rapid to complete risk assessments and upload required documentation, and once approved, work proceeds as usual. When the contractor signs out of Rapid at the end of the job, the work order is automatically marked as complete in FMClarity.
When a user starts creating a work order in FMClarity, the system automatically checks the contractor company's compliance status in Rapid. If they are non-compliant, it prevents the work order from being created. Auto-issued work orders are also held back while a contractor remains non-compliant and will only be re-issued in the next cycle once compliance is restored, or when a user in FMClarity chooses to override this.
