How it works

Sync work orders, permits and site access automatically

Rapid's integration with myBuildings automates and streamlines the work order, permit, access and compliance process for clients who are looking for an end-to-end solution.

When you have a job for a contractor to complete, myBuildings will check with Rapid that the contractor is compliant prior to a work order being created. myBuildings then sends that work order information to Rapid, which then creates a work order in Rapid's Permit to Work module.

When they attend on site, the contractor will use Rapid Access to update the relevant myBuildings work order as they sign in and out. By automating this process, it removes a large amount of administrative time for both the internal team and the contractor.

myBuildings checks Rapid before creating a contractor work order so compliance can be confirmed early.
Work order details are sent to Rapid and can create the relevant work order in Rapid Permit to Work.
When contractors arrive on site, Rapid Access updates the myBuildings work order as they sign in and out.
The integration reduces manual administration for internal teams and contractors.
