The refreshed Rapid Contractor Management is now the default experience for everyone. It’s the same platform you rely on, now with a cleaner, more consistent interface and a stronger foundation underneath.
What you’ll notice
The interface is cleaner, easier to move around and more consistent with the rest of your Rapid products. Because it now matches the updated Rapid Induct and Rapid Incident Reporting, moving between products feels familiar, with less relearning and more time on the work that matters. The update reaches every part of the product, including the screens you use most, so the areas you work in daily all look and behave the same way.
User guides and support content have also been updated to reflect the new changes in the system.
What stays the same
Your existing workflows, rules, approvals and configurations are untouched, with these changes only. The same data and the same logic sit underneath, so nothing changes about how you run your compliance processes. Keeping your workforce compliant is an ongoing process, and you stay in control of every decision.
These changes are only on the administrator side, with no changes for your contractors.
What’s new
Alongside the refreshed interface, we are excited to announce that E-forms now appear in the Compliance Status dashboard, meaning you can see form status alongside the rest of a contractor’s compliance, all in the one place.
A stronger foundation for the future
The refresh isn’t skin deep. An improved code base gives us a more stable and better performing system and a stronger platform to build on. For you, that means new features and improvements can reach you sooner.
Getting started
There’s nothing to switch on. From Wednesday 29 July, the new interface loads automatically when you log in, and everything is where you expect it to be. If anything looks unfamiliar or you’d like a hand, our friendly Rapid support team is here to help.
