We are excited to announce that a significant upgrade to Rapid Induct, our award-winning induction and compliance solution, is on the horizon. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, 23rd July 2025, when you’ll have the opportunity to explore the first release of our updated product through the exclusive “Beta Program” product switcher.Â
Why the update? Â
At Rapid, we are deeply committed to evolving our products to stay ahead of technological advancements and to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. With these changes, you get the same product you love and use, but better, faster, and more modern. It’s all part of our ongoing effort to modernise our infrastructure and improve the user experience, all while retaining the familiar workflows you value.Â
Client feedback drives changeÂ
Your feedback has been invaluable in shaping the enhancements in this update. During our extensive discovery phase, you shared what you loved about Rapid Induct and areas for improvement. We’ve addressed common requests, such as streamlining compliance issue identification, enhancing filtering, simplifying interfaces, and improving intuitiveness for performing bulk actions.Â
What to expect Â
Expect a refreshed Trainee Page with better filtering options, an updated Trainee Details page that efficiently highlights key compliance metrics, and a more intuitive Document and Form Viewer. We’ve renamed the “Secondary Personnel Type” to “Roles” for clearer function allocation. Additionally, our embedded Copilot AI solution offers real-time step-by-step navigation assistance.Â
Join the Beta Program! Â
We’re inviting you to participate in our Beta Program to experience these changes firsthand. The Product Switcher will allow you to toggle between the current and upgraded versions at your convenience. Your feedback will be crucial as we plan to release the full version by the end of 2025. Stay tuned for the official launch and be amongst the first to experience these exciting updates!Â
