We are thrilled to announce a major upgrade to Rapid Incident Reporting, a more modern, faster, smarter and effective way to document and manage workplace incidents. Starting Wednesday, 20th August 2025, you’ll be able to preview these exciting changes through our “Beta Program” product switcher.

You spoke, and we listened. Our clients told us they needed clearer visibility of tasks and overdue items, fewer clicks and context switching, and an easier way to encourage incident reporting. This first release focuses on these core improvements, making it immediately clear what needs attention while simplifying the interface for everyone. And this is just the beginning – we have an exciting roadmap of improvements planned for future releases. 

What to expect 

The new release features a redesigned dashboard with improved incident visibility and filtering options. Investigations are now more contextual, with the ability to view incident details inline while investigating. We’ve enhanced the corrective actions workflow and introduced a clear timeline showing key milestones and responsible parties. The reporting interface has been revamped with interactive graphs for quick insights, and we’ve simplified data export options for better analysis and record-keeping.
