With an improved dedicated Transport, Plant & Equipment module, tailored requirements for specific vehicles, trailers, and equipment can be defined. This also allows for custom matrices to be created, ensuring relevant documentation is meticulously maintained, demonstrating due diligence and clear contracting standards for access requirements. 

Requirements can be tailored to the specific vehicle, trailer or vessel, with added flexibility to accommodate for state, region and country requirements based on the contractor you engage. 

Leveraging our AI-powered Rapid Check service, manual document verification, for items like Public Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Insurance is automated, extracting document content to verify compliance based on predefined business criteria.

Inductions and training 

With Rapid Induct, worker qualifications, including job-specific induction courses and licences, are consolidated within our system. This ensures that individuals transporting goods or working onsite meet the industry’s highest compliance standards. By configuring your system to capture essential documents, such as heavy vehicle and high-risk work licences, and scheduling automated reminders for renewals, your business can easily adhere to legislative standards.  

You can be confident every worker is job-ready, with up-to-date medical records,  licences, and training verified before they start. All information is securely stored in one place, making it easy to view, track, and report on worker compliance. Induction courses can be quickly updated, and new training issued at any time to reflect changing requirements or standards. 

 

Compliant site access 

With a digital record of contractor and worker compliance, Rapid Access ensures that only those who meet compliance criteria can access your sites. Our system supports various sign-in modalities, such as facial recognition and QR code scanning, while also maintaining compliance with NHVAS requirements by verifying workers’ adherence to mass, dimension, load, and fatigue obligations at exit points.  

Rapid Access includes licence plate recognition to cross-verify vehicle compliance within our system. Alerts can be triggered for non-compliant entries, and for vehicles that overstay their dwell time, ensuring administrators are always in the loop.  

 

Audits and inspections 

Rapid Auditor allows you to manage compliance audits and inspections, particularly under the NHVAS framework. By registering vehicles and equipment as assets, scheduled compliance tasks are handled seamlessly. Real-time notifications for urgent items and comprehensive reporting ensure that your business consistently meets all legislative requirements. 

Rapid Auditor can also manage the pre-start and onboarding of vehicles, plant and equipment. These can be facilitated via our mobile app and provide a comprehensive and streamlined process for meeting requirements. 

 

Incident reporting and management  

With Rapid Incident Reporting, managing the complete lifecycle of incidents from notification to resolution has never been easier. From reporting incidents via QR codes and mobile devices to conducting thorough investigations and assigning corrective actions, our platform streamlines each process step to ensure compliance with Work Cover and other regulatory bodies when required.

In addition, our Rapid Monitor solution can empower your security cameras with AI to detect safety issues and auto create reports that you can choose to complete or dismiss.

• Inducting Vehicles, Plant, and Equipment Add-On: Following our successful model of worker inductions, we will extend this capability to vehicles, plant, and equipment. This will ensure that every vehicle detected by Rapid Access meets all compliance requirements before entering the site. 
    

• Expanded Rapid Check Capabilities: Our AI-powered verification service is set to grow with the introduction of customisable verification rules for documents. Whether verifying NHVR accreditations or Trailer in Control Insurance, Rapid Check will allow you to automate approvals and rejections based on your bespoke business rules, saving you countless hours on admin. 
    

• Contractor Performance Review System: Recognising the need to engage reputable and safe contractors, we will introduce a dedicated Contractor Performance Review system. Complemented by a flexible scoring mechanism, this tool will enable you to easily track and review contractor performance. The scoring criteria can be tailored to meet your specific business requirements, ensuring you align with contractors who match your safety and compliance standards.
