This month, we’re excited to launch the new Rapid Induct for everyone to try. You’ll also find updates to the Transport module, and Copilot is now available within Rapid Risk. 

Rapid Induct user interface refresh – beta switch

An updated and refreshed version of Rapid Induct is now live for early access. The new UI is packed with enhancements meant to streamline your tasks and optimise the user experience.

The upgraded Rapid Induct is available for all users to try via the “product switcher”. Try out the new look and feel today. You can also leave feedback through the ‘in-app’ feedback request form – we’re always listening!

Copilot and Help Hub now available in Rapid Risk 

We’ve expanded our Copilot AI support agent to be embedded within Rapid Risk. 

Simply ask Copilot a question and we’ll provide detailed instructions to help you with the task. 

Additional support articles have been loaded in the Help Hub to give in-app support ‘on-the-go’.

Improved logging and historical document visibility inside Transport Module

We’ve implemented a better user interface for the viewing and downloading of historical documents relative to a vehicle, trailer or vessel. 

The “History” section against each vehicle, trailer or vessel now contains links to view historical documents and logs of who performed specific actions.

Bug fixes and performance improvements

Our back-end code optimisations have resulted in improved database server performance.

We’ve streamlined the Contractor Registration process, ensuring a smoother experience without any redundant steps.

The Induct dashboard now clearly displays acknowledged notifications right on the Trainee Details page, adding more clarity.

We’ve enhanced the Auditor feature by refining the QR code template for better usability.
