Company Registration helpÂ
Based on feedback from over a thousand contractors that registered during the past six months, contextual help was one of the most requested features. This comes as no surprise – registration processes can be lengthy and often raise questions, while switching between platforms to contact support or administrators can be frustrating.Â
In response, we’ve begun implementing tooltips throughout various sections, providing instant, contextual assistance right when contractors need it most. Additionally, we’re excited to announce that we’re working on integrating Copilot into the registration process to further streamline the experience.Â
File Manager security improvements
As an ISO-certified company, we take data privacy seriously and design all our applications with a privacy-first approach. We continuously seek opportunities to enhance our security measures, helping our customers maintain robust data protection standards.
In our latest update, we’ve strengthened the File Manager’s security by implementing role-based access controls. Now, administrators can only view and edit files within sites they’re specifically authorized to access, reducing the risk of unauthorized data exposure.
Performance improvements
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been diligently upgrading our infrastructure, crucial for maintaining our platform’s reliability and scalability. As a result, you’ll experience faster performance, reduced loading times, and enhanced stability across our products.

Bug fixes
This period, we’ve focused our efforts on fixing a few issues related to Rapid Auditor, the product that automates your audit management processes. We fixed an issue with attachments missing from sub-audits and tasks, a few issues with reports, a missing Show Map button and general performance issues.
We also focused on a few minor but important issues with the Hide from Inductees document option on mobile, and Work Orders that were being approved despite requiring Second Level approvals.
Finally, as we continue to update our UI across all our products, we removed the faint phone number text example that appeared when signing in via GO, we fixed the missing Short Description in SWMS missing when signing via our Windows tablet, and we’ve tidied up the formatting of some fields in the Contractor Details page.
