The challenge
With 20 operational sites, Toll AutoLogistics needed a single comprehensive induction and visitor management system to manage the inductions and track the records of employees, casuals, contractors and visitors to all sites.
The solution
Toll now deliver all training, such as manual handling and forklift operations via Rapid Induct, as well as their driver’s manual and competency assessment. The system also provides them up-to-the-minute reports on all induction records and contractor details with a few simple clicks.
The introduction of Rapid has proved to be an effective tool to in managing inductions and training and we continue to expand our use the Rapid system.
