The challenge
Solvay came to Rapid looking for a solution to health and safety training inductions for their 800+ workforce.
The solution
Solvay initially tested the waters with Rapid Induct by rolling it out to a small pilot test group or 200. The results were immediate and within months Solvay rolled the system out to the entire workforce.
The introduction of Rapid has proved to be an effective tool to in managing inductions and training and we continue to expand our use the Rapid system.
