ECH is a leading profit-for-purpose organisation in South Australia dedicated to providing independent retirement living options and services that enhance the quality of life for aging individuals. As one of the largest providers in the region, ECH manages over 1,900 Independent Living Units (ILUs) across 109 retirement villages, with locations spanning the metropolitan area, Victor Harbor, Nairne, and Ardrossan. Furthermore, ECH operates an assisted living site in Henley Beach, four Wellness centres, five Social Programs, and offers extensive At-Home services, all to encourage self-determination and optimal living for their clients.
The challenge
Before partnering with Rapid, ECH used manual processes for the onboarding of contractors and the subsequent management of their lifecycle compliance documentation. This was a resource-intensive, inefficient process, especially with a contractor base exceeding 1,000 businesses.
Our major pain point was around the manual administration associated with the initial onboarding and the ongoing management of the contractor lifecycle.
The solution
