Our integration

With this integration, employees and contractors check in using a Rapid Access iPad check-in kiosk, and facial recognition technology ensures that identities are accurately verified. During sign-in, the system can verify compliance with required courses, documents, and inductions, ensuring that only fully compliant workers can access the premises.

Once employees check out, timesheets are automatically generated and sent to Employment Hero Payroll. Within Employment Hero, the timesheet data is processed based on predefined rounding rules and any other configured logic, such as the necessity for a manager’s approval. This streamlined process also accounts for break times. These timesheets enable accurate and efficient payroll processing within Employment Hero Payroll.

Beyond individual attendance management, this integration enables businesses to assess site-wide attendance. Managers can review custom dashboards and reports to ascertain the number of people on-site at any given time, plus insights into traffic patterns and occupancy levels.
