How to get an Induction Key
If you’ve been asked to complete an induction but haven’t yet received an Induction Key via email, then you’ll need to be issued a password by the administrator for the company you are working for.
If you’re unsure who to contact, then speak to your manager to find out if your company has an account with that client and who the administrator is.
If your company doesn’t have a Rapid account with the client, then you’ll need to contact the site administrator or the person who first asked you to complete works at their site to ask for the Induction Key.
Note: The Induction Key cannot be issued by
Rapid’s support agents.
