Rapid is excited to announce that clients can now use their Rapid Contractor Management system to advertise jobs to Rapid’s growing database of 80,000 registered contractors.
By using Rapid’s extensive filtering system, you can make sure your job ad goes directly to contractors with the skills and experience that you need. This is great for when you just want to get the job done quickly and safely, with confidence that you are meeting all your compliance requirements.
How does it work?
You can now navigate to the ‘Advertise a Job’ section via your Contractor Management dashboard. It is permission based for selected second level administrators under the Contractor Management permission types.
The steps for posting a job ad are simple:
- Set your criteria for the job including a description, any relevant files, budget, qualifications required, location (plus other filters to narrow it down further).
- Contractors that meet the criteria are notified about the job ad and can express interest in your advertisement.
- You can review the contractors’ information. The dashboard provides you with at-a-glance information for those who have expressed interest with your job post, such as how many other Rapid clients the contractor has, what qualifications they hold, and their credit risk score.
- You shortlist and contact the respondents to discuss the job further, knowing that they are already registered in Rapid and getting set up in your system will be quick and simple.
Your ad will stay live for up to 2 weeks or will close earlier once you have 10 applicants and/or you have shortlisted your top three candidates.
