July 2024 product updates

July’s update brings you even more Rapid One UI updates, Rapid B2B improvements, and enhancements to MyRapid including a better sign-out process.

… to help you manage safety more efficiently. 

We understand that keeping up with all our offerings can be time-consuming, and we are here to assist you.  

In MyRapid, you can click on any products you haven’t implemented yet, to learn more about them. If you’re interested in exploring these products further and discussing how they fit into your organization, you can book a demo directly within the portal. 

Also, when you sign out of a product, you will now be signed out immediately, rather than being redirected back to the MyRapid portal. This change enhances security and privacy and eliminates an extra click from the sign-out process.

Rapid B2B improvements

Rapid B2B is our one stop solution for contractors, to streamline their compliance and grow their business.  

This in turn helps companies that contract them: contractors can start work sooner, as Rapid B2B simplifies the management of compliance documents, and the application process for jobs. 

This month, we made several improvements to the B2B portal, including enhanced navigation across multiple client tiles and a reorganized menu with new categories and subcategories, making the product easier to use. We also added the ability to select work regions for UK accounts.

Fixes and improvements

We are working to ensure that our products can be navigated easily and let you perform tasks without interruptions. This month we fixed interface issues with form answers in Contractor Management, dates of birth submitted via Incident Reporting, and Inductees sign in status on Mobile. 

Our Incident product is designed to simplify the way you report and manage safety incidents onsite. This period, we fixed a few intermittent issues with downloading incident data, admins appearing twice in incident forms and missing injury section on some incidents. 

We have also made improvements to Rapid Access SMS notifications to ensure notifications are not sent during do-not-disturb periods. We fixed an issue that prevented some Auditor notifications from being issued, and unusual characters showing up in the Exceed Time On Site SMS.
