We are excited to announce a newly refreshed user experience for the MyRapid portal, which is in development and will be coming soon to all users of Rapid’s health and safety software.
What’s changing?
You can expect the same great functionality of the MyRapid dashboard. The new interface will look and feel more streamlined, speed up your workflows, and improve visibility.
Some key changes will include:
- Easier to navigate login screens for those who have more than one kind of account with Rapid (client admin, trainee or contracting company)
- Cleaner and easier to navigate dashboard, showing the products available depending on the client you’re accessing
- A more responsive mobile view for easier on the go access
These changes are due to be rolled out later in 2023. Keep an eye on our Knowledge Centre for more information as we release the new look MyRapid.
