Solvay came to Rapid Global looking for a solution to health and safety training inductions for their 800+ workforce.
THE SOLUTION
Solvay initially tested the waters with Rapid Induct by rolling it out to a small pilot test group or 200. The results were immediate and within months Solvay rolled the system out to the entire workforce.
